The OSCAL artifacts
Published OSCAL content for each approach, one row per document, with contents counted from each file.
The inventory loads from data/oscal-artifacts.json.
Catalog-first publishes a catalog and a component definition per service. Component-first publishes component definitions containing rules, with an assessment plan and assessment results. Assessment-first publishes only assessment plans. The model combinations are internally consistent but differ across approaches.
The six questions compares the same two rules across all three encodings, one question at a time.
